Dividends

To be eligible for the DRP or BSP, you must have an MFF shareholding and a registered address in Australia or New Zealand at Record Date. Further information can be found in the DRP Rules and BSP Rules documents.

Shareholders can elect to participate, vary their participation or withdraw from the DRP and/or BSP online by logging into BoardRoom’s InvestorServe platform using their MFF holding credentials.

Alternatively, shareholders can fill out an application form for the DRP (here) or for the BSP (here). Once completed, shareholders can email, post or fax this form to BoardRoom using the contact details listed in the top right-hand corner of the form.

The last day to sign up for DRP or BSP to be eligible for the upcoming dividend payment is listed in the above key dates next to “DRP and BSP election date”.

Eligible MFF shareholders can elect to participate fully or partially in either the DRP or BSP or have partial participation in both, subject to various rules outlined in the DRP Rules and BSP Rules documents.
